Nancy M. (Pavelek) Faletti Morrill

Nancy M. (Pavelek) Faletti Morrill, 88, of West Leechburg, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 21, 2026, surrounded by her family at Quality Life Services-Apollo.

She was born on August 31, 1937, in Vandergrift, the only child of Joseph and Margaret Evelyn (Michael) Pavelek.  Nancy was raised on Kepple Hill and attended St. Gertrude School in Vandergrift.

When Nancy was in her teens, she was working as a “soda jerk” at Ross’s Drug Store in Vandergrift when she was introduced to Jim Faletti.  Their first date on Christmas Eve 1952 was to a midnight showing of “White Christmas” at the Penn Theater.  Jim and Nancy were married on June 16, 1955, in New Castle, Indiana, and settled in Vandergrift before moving to Leechburg in 1957.  They raised three children and enjoyed many happy years together until Jim’s passing in 1994.

On December 8, 2007, Nancy married K. Terry Morrill of Leechburg.  Nancy and Terry shared 18 years together, often traveling to archery or woodworking events and quilt shows.  She was a talented seamstress and created many beautiful quilts over the years, making special quilts for each of her children and grandchildren.  She was an excellent mother and grandmother who never missed an opportunity to attend their sports events, dance recitals and band concerts.

Left behind to cherish Nancy’s memory are her husband, K. Terry Morrill of West Leechburg; son, James Faletti (Debbie) of Leechburg, daughter, Sharon Faletti of Kittanning, son, Richard Faletti (Diane) of Kittanning; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Stella Faletti of Leechburg; brother-in-law, Robert Faletti (Lori) of Gibsonia; a stepson and stepdaughter, as well as numerous step-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, James Faletti; and several aunts and uncles.

The family has entrusted all private funeral arrangements to the Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main St., Leechburg, 724-842-1051.
